 Membership and/or Donation Form We are a self-funded volunteer organization. Your membership and/or donation helps to support our work (see About Us) An individual membership is only $20 ($35 for an organization, $50 for a small business, $100 for a large business). Donations are always appreciated (you don't have to take out a membership to make a donation). Payment by cheque, money order or e-transfer Please view and print our membership form and mail it to us with your cheque or money order:
For e-transfer, please email us a completed copy of the membership/donation form You can also use this form to mail in a credit card payment. We can accept memberships and/or donations on-line using PayPal which offers secure processing of all major credit cards (you don't have to belong to PayPal to use it). Please use the comment section to specify if your payment is a membership and/or donation (we'll issue a Canadian tax receipt for the donation amount). Or send us an email after you make your PayPal payment specifying whether your PayPal payment is for a membership + donation or just a donation. Thank you. Please note, for a membership and/or for a donation receipt, we require your full mailing address. If that doesn't show up in PayPal, please include it in the notes section for the PayPal payment or email us with that information. If we don't have your mailing address, we cannot issue a tax receipt or send you the newsletter.
